About Revival Reggae Loyalty Rewards

The Revival Rewards Loyalty program is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn reward points. Rewards Points can be used to purchase event tickets at RevivalReggae.com, partner websites and can be used for discounts at participating local businesses that we partner with.

Revival Rewards is another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.

FAQ

How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?
There is no cost to join the Revival Rewards Loyalty program. You may join the program by signing up online at
RevivalReggae.com/login-or-register.
Follow the prompts to register.
To sign up and receive your registration points, you must provide your full name and email address.

Who is eligible to join?
Revival Rewards Loyalty  Points are available to individuals at least 21 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Individuals employed by Revival Reggae, Musify Entertainment and our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits.

Points And Rewards

How do I earn reward points?
Revival Rewards members can earn points in the following ways.

1. Claim a Revival Rewards Loyalty  account 
2. Register for a new Revival Rewards Loyalty  account
3. Ticket Purchases for upcoming events
4. Purchases in our Merchandise Store (points addition may take up to 48 hours after Merch store purchase)
5. Purchasing Revival Rewards Loyalty Points in our shop
6. Purchasing Revival Rewards Loyalty Gift Cards in our shop
7. Provide additional signup information as indicated on sign up form

Must I be logged in to earn points?
When shopping online at RevivalReggae.com, members must be logged-in to their My Revival Rewards Loyalty account at the time of purchase to receive points automatically.

Do I have to be logged in to use my Revival Rewards Points?
Yes. Once you are logged in, our system will automatically recognize your available points and apply them to your purchase.

When I make a purchase and pay with Revival Rewards, can I earn points for that purchase?
Yes, when purchasing in the shop using Rewards Points or using our Gift card as tender, you will earn points for that purchase automatically, so long as you are logged into your account.

How do I know how many points I have?
Your points are displayed in the Revival Rewards Loyalty section of RevivalReggae.com. Once you are logged in, it will also show at the top of the website next to your name. You must be logged in to your account to view your points.

What do I do if I believe points were not properly credited to my account?
If you have questions related to your membership account, please contact Customer Service at MyRewards@RevivalReggae.com

How do I update my information?
You can update your information by logging into your My Revival Rewards  Loyalty account on RevivalReggae.com.

How do I check my account status?
Your current Points status is accessible in the Revival Rewards  Loyalty section on RevivalReggae.com.
You must be logged in to check your account status.

May I share my points with a friend or family member?
Points may be transferred between members that have a valid account.

How do I reset my password?
Your Revival Rewards  Loyalty account password can be reset by selecting “Forgot Password” on the log-in page of Revival Rewards Loyalty.

Revival Reggae is a new monthly dance party founded in 2022. In response to a drought of good reggae music after a two year hiatus, the Revival Reggae dance party brings the sweet sound of reggae back to the dance floor, bringing people back together.

Revival Reggae features the best reggae djs from Jamaica and New York City. The event focuses on Classic Reggae, Roots Reggae, Old School Reggae, Dancehall Reggae, 80s Reggae, 90s Reggae, 2000s Reggae and Ska.

DJs play a mix of reggae from reggae artists like Damien Marley, Shaggy, Barrington Levy, Burning Spear, Morgan Heritage, Bennie Man, Sean Paul, Sizzla, Steel Pulse, Beres Hammond, Popcaan, Capleton, Chronixx, Collie Buddz, Kabaka Pyramid, Koffe, Maxi Priest, Protégé, Shabba, Bob Marley and many others.
